What is the Item Inventory?

Inventory is the home of your menu items. It's place-independent. Menu items from all your places or branches are collected in Inventory.

Once you create an item in your inventory, you can use it under various categories and menus. This way, you don't have to create the same item over and over again for each new location. This approach is especially useful for businesses with multiple branches. We call it centralized menu management.
